I am having issues sending the remittance advices through E-mail. 

 

The system will not accept my password even though I know the password is correct.

 

Is there a work around to email the remittance advises?

Can you provide information about the e-mail system you are using? Is it Office 365? 

Are you entering all three parts or just the top two, which is what you initially see unless you click the Advanced link.

Hi there,

In addition to the questions posed by , can you confirm if this is a new issue (i.e. it was working fine before and just recently stopped working) or if this has “never” worked because the only time you email from GP is the remittances which are giving you trouble?
