We are having problems with the 1099 NEC alignment.  We had a couple of different people try to print them on the laser printer and it is not lining up properly.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Susan,
Are you using Continuous Form or Single Feed.  Try using the single feed.  It will mostly align.  If you need to adjust more, you can modify it in report writer

Hi we recently had an alignment issue with one of our clients, I changed the report from Text to graphical in report writer, then I could move the fields to fit. I also had to change the font size. Try this and remember that the body needs to stay at 396 any more or Less it will not print the second 1099 on the page correctly for the Single feed.
I have not tested this with the continues feed.  Good luck
