Hi Larry

Use your GP Power Tools – Developer Tools module to make the invoice print. Just decide what the business rule should be and make it print automatically.

You could call the SOP Quick Print feature that was added to GP as part of the Named Printers acquisition.

We can have a screensharing session session, but you will need to decide what even triggers the print.

Is it saving the first time? It is saving when the number of printed times is equal to 0?

Is it when posting (a bit more complex if the window is not open)?

Is it a document at a time or a batch of documents?

David Musgrave help me out with this using GP Powertools.   Our invoicing department prints invoices and returns as hard copies, then they turn around and print the same invoices and returns as emails.  GP has a limitation of how many templates it can print at one time, so our invoicing dept has to print the invoices in batches, which can be several a day.  GP powertools select the invoice type and whether or not to send email or physical copy with just a few clicks.  Very powerful and it saves are invoicing dept quite a bit of time.
