      Hi there,

      We currently have GP2013R2 and looking to implementing PO system for purchasing module.

      Are there any ongoing costs related to the setup or any maintenance fees that we need to pay ongoing?

      Please advise!

      Hi Sunaina,

      It is part of the core Dynamics GP functionality in terms of software, if you are referring to out of the box PO functionality.

      The only costs you may need to consider would be any assistance from your VAR or consultant, if needed.

      There are tons of modules you “get” out of the box, you just enable what you need. Some require installation but POP does not, it is already there.
