I’m trying to match in the POP30300 table the date a PO was created to our ReQlogic and so far cannot.Ā I’m using the ReceiptDate, GLPostDate, POSTEDDate and CreatDDateĀ and so far it looks like the CreadDate is the same as the receipt date in ReQlogic and the PostedDate is the same as the AP Voucher created date.Ā Is there a way to match the PO created date in GP and ReQlogic? Also in Table POP10100 there is a field PRMDATE_DATE…can anyone tell me where this data comes from?

HiĀ ?,
I executed a simple test on my demo environment by creating a PO from a Requisition in ReQlogic and this is what I see. Keep in mind I am looking at non-historical tables (so as not to have to perform the entire move to history for this test):
– The field ReqDate in the XW_PoHdr matches the field DocDate in the POP10100 table.
– The REQDATE in the POP10110 table matches the RequiredBy date in the table XW_POLine
– The receiptdate in the POP10300 table matches the ReqDate date field in the table XW_ReqHdrIf you are looking to match the date from the POP30300 (which is the Receipt history table) to the original PO created date, I believe you need to go from that table to the POP30100 table (the Purchase Order History Table) and from there match to the XW_POHdr in ReQlogic.
Hope it helps.

Thank you Thomas.Ā I’m assuming the XW_PO are the ReQlogic tables?Ā I did check with my DBA and he advised me those tables do not have “keys” and I don’t have access to the ReQlogic SQL database.Ā I did pull down the POP30100 table in GP and it only has 4 records.Ā I also pulled in the POP10100 and POP10500 and I think those give me what I’m looking for…basically to either prove or disprove the PO created date is less than the receipt date (or the invoice date).Ā I’m actually using a data analysis tool called CaseWare IDEA.——————————

Hi again.
Yes; the table beginning with “XW” are ReQlogic tables.
I am not sure is there is an additional question in your comment, but the fact that the tables don’t have keys should not be an issue, as long as you know which fields to use to map to them.Ā That is, unless the tool you are using requires them.Ā You can do this even in Excel if you wanted to pull the data and play with it, as long as you can connect to the GP and ReQlogic databases.Ā The alternative is that someone creates a view linking all relevant tables for you.Hope it helps!

Hi Diane,I’ve attached a document generated by Victoria Yudin that describe the POP tables in GP plus some of the common statuses. She provide additional info on GP and is an excellent resource. Just google her for more.
Regarding your questions on the tables. PO are generated in the POP10100 tableĀ for the header and POP10110 for the line detail. When a PO is complete it can be moved to history: POP 30100 header and POP 30110 for line detail.Ā POP10500 is the receipt line detail. Be cautious using the POP10500 to avoid duplication of receipt activity depending upon how receipts are processed.
Regards your date questions in GP:
- Ā CreatDDT is found on the Header tables POP10100 and POP30100 and I understand is system generated when the PO is created in GP
- GLPostDT is found on POP10300 and POP30300Ā Purchasing Receipt Header tables and is the date that a user post the receipt to the GL. This date can be managedĀ by the user
- POSTEDDT is found on POP10300 andĀ POP30300 Purchasing Receipt Header tables.Ā It is the GP systemĀ generated date in which theĀ posting is executed.
- receiptdate is for on POP10300 and POP30300.Ā On POP10500 is the DATERCD for the line detail
- PRMDATEĀ (PRMDATE_DATE) is foundĀ on the POP10100 but is also foundĀ at the detail line level, POP10110 andĀ POP30110 where it is typicallyĀ managed to reflectĀ when a supplier has promisedĀ delivery date. It is typicallyĀ managed by the buyer or if purchasing is automated via an eCommerceĀ tool – EDI – the deliveryĀ commit date passed fromĀ eh supplier to GP
Hope this helps.
