-My original credit balance was $8,352.36. 
-The unapplied credit amount is now $892.53.
-When I tried to apply this amount I received the message “this invoice is partially applied to this credit document. You cannot apply to this document until the other apply amount is posted”
-GP won’t let me proceed with applying or voiding

Anyone know of a solution?  I’m trying to void the original credit memo but can’t move forward due to the message state above.
