We currently have setup a nacha file layout and we need to add another one with CCD+, my question is, is there a way we can assign just one vendor to use the 2nd nacha file lahyout and all other vendors to use the 1st nacha file layout?

You can, but it requires a bit of set up and/or change to your existing set up depending on how you’re currently configured.
