Just acquired a new company and they are using GP 2015 R@ essentially out of the box with no customizations.

We in the other day to run a Purchase Order Generator but didn’t see it in the list of option.

Expected to see it at Transactions -> Purchasing -” Purchase Order Generator

Went to Tools -> Setup -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order Processing and received a message “Cannot Access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded”.

Any ideas and what dictionary would it be looking for?

      Jeff,
Is there a chance that the other company used Project Acctg?Ā  Check out this post and see if it helps: Ā https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/916687/error-message-when-you-try-to-open-the-purchase-order-entry-window-in

      Hi Jeff,Ā

I’m going to assume you have media; run the setup and maintain the current installation.Ā  Check to see which components have been installed.

Check the registration and check to see which modules have been activated.

Check the Dynamics.set file and compare it to the actual dictionary content in the application directory (usually c:Program FilesDynamicsGP2015 for 32 bit and C:Program Files (X86)DynamicsGP2015 for 64 bit).Ā  Note, that you may find dictionaries in the Data subfolder of the GP2015 root application folder, at least I have from time to time.

The issue has been resolved.Ā  The Automated PO Generator module was not checked as registered for their instance of GP.
