We just installed Mekorma. I added a logo with a white background and black letters, however when it is printing on the checks it is printing all in black. Is there another way to add a logo?

It would be easier to answer this question if you told us how you added it the first time in order for us to troubleshoot what may have happened.

I’m attaching the Mekorma MICR User Guide that was just updated a few days ago, BUT!  I want to encourage you to reach out to Mekorma if you are still experiencing issues!

Hi Bari,
As Jo said, you don’t provide much details about how you added the logo the 1st time.. 
In my past experience with Mekorma check formats, the BMP 8bits works the best (BMP format in 256 colors only).
That’s plenty enough for signatures or logos and usually works 100%.
