We have had instances of users being in ABR, then printing or posting checks and when they go back to ABR, it freezes ..forcing me to delete their user from ABR activity.  This has also happened in the reverse, where a user is in ABR, goes to print or post checks and the entire check run fails ..forcing them to redo checks (worse).  In each instance, they see a quick blip of the password prompt for Mekorma check printing and then goes away.  Problem is that it doesn’t happen every time.  Outside of telling users to try to avoid accessing Mekorma and ABR at the same time, anyone know what could be causing the problem and how to avoid?

      Hi Billie,

I inquired with our support department and it looks like we have had 2 cases of this come up before. The solution has been to move Mekorma MICR up in the dynamics.set file prior to Nolan’s ABR.  There must be some competition for resources and that move resolves it.

Best of luck with all of this.

      Sincerely,

Hi –Thanks for the suggestion but Mekorma is already above the Nolan Products (ABR and Intercompany Transactions) in our dynamics.set file.

Anyone else experience this before and have a recommended resolution?
