Hey Everyone,
We are having a big issue where about 1 in 3 of our reverse issues in manufacturing have started to fail.  It seems out of the blue so we are stumped.  We do these 15 times a day with previously no issue.  I have attached a copy of the inventory report that says ‘error’.  its like it cant find inventory when it goes to do the reversal.  It successfully removes from the MO but it does not do the inventory side.  When I run a reconcile of inventory it puts the item back on the MO.  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.  We have worked with our partner and MS to try to find corrupted records which we thought were the issue and removed some, no change.  The weird part is that some of these fail in test company and work in live and reverse.  We cant seem to find a pattern.  We have other GP companies and no issue with their MOs.  If anyone has any suggestions at this point we would gladly try it.  Thanks!

?Hi Rick,
Are any of the initial Issue trx or the Reverse Issue trx being integrated in or are they all done manually via the GP UI?
Are you using serial/lot and/or multibin?

Just an update for future reference, there was a failed comp trx entry and it left a whole bunch of pending quantities in the M0P1027.  cleared those out and all is good.

I wondered.

You might want to keep an eye on MOP1020 too.  That is only supposed to be unposted issue/reverse issue and MO receipts.  However, things get left behind and cause all sorts of strangeness.
