Good morning! We are experiencing a huge uptick in our business customers requesting/requiring that we upload their invoices through a portal (Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten etc.) We have a large customer base and these portals require a huge amount of time to upload the invoices for each customer. We don’t have the staff to accommodate these portal requests if this trend continues. Are any of you facing this issue and if so, what are doing/using to manage the process?

Hi Laura

The team at Envisage Software have a tool called Post Master Connect (https://envisagesoftware.com/eInvoicing) that can publish Invoices to connection portal like COUPA etc.

The same tool can also automate batch posting.
