We have been trying to generate a management reporter report and it looks as if it is generating, but it does not render on the screen. 
I had this issue yesterday and after several attempts at running the report it did finally render.
Today I am running another report and we cannot get it to render at all. I asked another employee to run the report and it also is not rendering for her.  
When generate the report and copy the URL into an e-mail.  I can use “control enter” an the report will render. 
What would be causing the report to not render to screen after running.  
Our IT department to confirmed that process service was running.  We are running MR2012

Hugh,

Sounds like you’re using the MR web viewer. Have you tried opening the report in the desktop client report viewer?

Also, what version of MR 2012 are you using? The most recent version is, I believe, CU 16.

On the Output and Distribution tab make sure that View report when generated is checked.
Ran into this issue and this is what solved it.
