Looking for collection tools for advance cross-ship inventory

  Our company advance ships just about everything when it comes to helping our customers. The struggle we tend to have is getting all the inventory back in house. We’ve come up with some rudimentary tools (excel) to collect the fielded inventory, but I’m trying to find out if there are already tools that exist to aid in collection efforts. We’ve found that the RMA module in GP can be very difficult to report against as the quantities tend to fluctuate. Any ideas would be helpful.
