I am trying to write a query to pull data into Excel for a pivot table.  I want to have Item transaction history showing receipts, sales transactions, and RMA/Credit memos for each inventory item.  The problem I am running into is that there are many to many relationships from receipts to POs, and from POs to sales orders.  

Can anyone tell me what the best approach to this would be?

Use IV30300. It has all the movements. Column HSTMODUL tells you the source: SOP, IV, POP, BOM, RT, CL etc.
You also get the original document number (DOCNUMBR) and the original Line Sequence LNSEQNBR
