      We are having issues after we processed the YE update for Dynamics GP2018.  The users are randomly booted out of Dynamics, with no error notices, just stops working, and exits.  Also, we have notice the Trial Balance Detail report is reporting the account information, but the line that shows the account number, is not showing the number correctly.  For example, if the account number is 7-252-70, it is showing 7-   -25 on the report.  I have tried turning off the modified report for the standard Dynamics report, but have the same issue with the standard report  and the account number.

      Does anyone have any suggestions on this?

      Thanks,

      Pam

      @Pamela Stephenson

      We experienced nearly identical issues — in a two segment account number, XXXXX-YY, the -YY segment did not show up on the Trial Balance.  And users were experiencing crashes each time we attempted to print a report.

      Our partner was able to troubleshoot it for us — I believe they re-installed the Report Dictionary.

      I know how frustrating this was for us – hope you can get it fixed quickly and carry on!

      Yep same issue I ran into yesterday.  I reupdated the reports dictionary in utilities and all is well.

      Good morning ~

      We had a client experience the same issue after applying the 18.3 update.

      The responses in this thread are consistent with our resolution.

      We recreated the reports.dic and imported the modified reports from the package file backup.

      Regards,

      ?

      We also had the same issue. Our partner repaired it by (Clipped from her email)

      “The issue was actually the forms.dic, I recreated the reports.dic and the error remained.  So, I recreated the forms.dic and now the report prints correctly. “

      That fixed everything for us.
