If I’m posting a batch of inventory transactions, does anyone know why the ‘Sequence’ would be anything different than the order of the transactions?
Ex.) Batch of inventory transactions are all on 9/3/20 ADJ1 ADJ2 ADJ3
When these get posted, we see the SEQUENCE (matters for FIFO) order them like. Seq 1 | ADJ2 Seq 2 | ADJ3 Seq 3 | ADJ1
Doesn’t make any sense. Anyone have $.02 on what might be happening here? Thanks in advance! Kyle

The order or sequence as you say of transactions in the IV10000 is dex_row_time stamp, dex_row. Not IVDOCNBR. When posting a FIFO Perp Item with multiple transactions in the sameĀ day, they will post by IVDOCNBR not the dex sequence in the IV10000. You could argue this is a bug and FIFO Perp should post by Dex_Row_Timestamp regardless of IVDOCNBR.
Makes sense and led me to find that the user had multiple inventory transaction batches.
They posted the batches w/ the higher transaction numbers in it BEFORE posting some of the other batches.
Thank you!?
