      Phuong,

I have seen this before.  Try turning off Connect on the user’s homepage:

The next thing I would try is to turn off the Action Pane for the user.  This is in Microsoft Dynamics GP > User Preferences.

Set it to Menu Bar.  Have the user log out and then log back in.

      UserPreferences

      Hey!  That’s progress!

Now you’re getting an error message.

Here are a few more things to look for or to try…
      – Relocate your source file to the user’s local machine (if it’s not already).
      – Look for anything that may be trying to connect to your source file (other users, other connections, etc.).
      – Look for tasks in your Integration.  There may be a task that runs at the end of your Integration that is getting stuck.
      – Compare all of the ODBC connections on the failed user to a good user.
      – Be sure there is only one instance of GP running on the user’s machine.  A reboot may help.  Is this a Citrix or Terminal Server environment?
      – Look in the event viewer for more error messages.

      Thanks Chris .

everyone is using GP through Citrix server.
if 2 users are using the integration at the same time, it would cause the issue ? i will try to see if we are able to move source file to local server . since source file is located at share drive to all user to access right now . but we have never seen this happen before. this is really strange

Ahhh Citrix.  This is a different animal.  First, I would look for any differences in the user’s profiles.

Here’s another completely different approach you may want to take…   there are two ways to install/configure Integration Manager.  The simple way is probably what you have.  When you launch Integration Manager this way, it ‘takes command’ of the user’s interface and emulates the keystrokes a user would do (sort of).  The other method is to configure Integration Manager to use eConnect.  This method does not use the user’s interface.  It will execute stored procedures to update your database directly (sort of).

This may eliminate issues with sessions, profiles and the GP interface.
