    Can anyone save me some time and send me the SQL to uncheck this “Connect” option for all users?

    I’ve traced through the SY081xx and SY01402 tables and am just not seeing it.

    Hi @David Morinello

    @Kerry Hataley has provided the answer, but you also have the option with GP Power Tools of repurposing the Connect window or the even using the entire window with the repurposed/replaced Insights tab (depending on GP version).

    You can select a web site (internal or external) of your choosing.

    Regards

    David

    Thanks @Kerry Hataley for the script! I guess I was a little data blind yesterday. I must have looked at that able 20 times, flipping back and forth.

    Later in the day I found this reference.

    –https://www.azurecurve.co.uk/tag/microsoft-dynamics-gp-fall-2020-release/page/2/
    The column number setting is held in the syHomePageLayout (SY08100) table in the system database; the SectionID column will contain the following values:
    1 = To Do
    3 = Business Analyzer
    4 = My Reports
    5 = Quick Links
    6 = Connect
    7 = Time Management
    8 = Procurement
    9 = Project Time and Expense
    10 = PowerBI

    The Column Stack setting is held in the syHomePage (SY08000) table, the ColumnStackPosition column will contain the following values:
    0 = Top
    1 = Bottom
    2 = Right
    3 = Left

    Thanks @David Musgrave for the reminder on GPPT. After our much-postponed GP upgrade is complete, there are several pieces I will be turning on.
