What can be checked?
The server is fine and no one else has issues

Hi Deanne

Does the user have their home directory specified so that it is not local?

I would suggest recreating the user both at GP level and at Windows Level.

found out the issue – someone decided to add a lot of reminders/reports which were extremely large so it hung on just this user’s screen. I removed those reminders and he’s fine

Does this user have any custom reminders on their GP home screen? We’ve seen similar behavior when a user added a reminder that took a while to refresh.
