Does anyone know of an existing Excel listing of GP tables and fields? I’m looking for something like the old Dynamics GP 2013 Table Reference excel file that was around a while ago (I think Mark Polino built it) but I cannot find anything online for GP 2016 or 2018. I used the old one quite often and it was super helpful. Anyone still putting together a similar reference in Excel anywhere, for more recent versions of GP?

Following! All I have are “most commonly used” and it’s not in an Excel format.
I did see you could do an export from SQL to pull tables, but that’s cumbersome.

@Mark Polino has one online – it is for GP2013, but is close enough.

I stopped updating it for each version after GP 2013. Azurecurve’s site is better and Ian has more 3rd parties incorporated.

The best solution is using GP Power Tools, Resource Information window. This is the tool that provided the information for Mark’s spreadsheet and Ian’s website.

This way you can search quickly for all tables installed on your system for the exact version and build you are using as the data is read directly from the dexterity dictionaries.

Try it out, just install and activate the free 30 day trial period.
