    GP Freezing

    Right after our recent upgrade to version 18.5.1596, we experienced system freezing when working on recurring journal entries and existing vendors and GL accounts. We use workflows for approvals of these items, and when we turned off the workflow email notifications, the freezing stopped. Any ideas why this is happening? The email notifications are so helpful and we want to resume using them. Thanks.
