Right after our recent upgrade to version 18.5.1596, we experienced system freezing when working on recurring journal entries and existing vendors and GL accounts. We use workflows for approvals of these items, and when we turned off the workflow email notifications, the freezing stopped. Any ideas why this is happening? The email notifications are so helpful and we want to resume using them. Thanks.

Hi @tracyyaklyvich

I believe Microsoft released a Hotfix in January 2023 about some issues related to Workflows in GP. This is build 18.5.1635 and you may want to look if you could apply it in a TEST environment and see if it resolves your problem.
