Has anyone noticed that after a GL Batch has been approved through the Workflow Approval process, the GL transactions in the batch can be edited?  Unlike the old batch approval process, which prevents users from even viewing transactions that belong to an approved batch.   I see that one way to prevent amounts from being changed is to enforce the control totals on the batch, but this does not prevent the GL accounts in an approved batch from being changed.  If anyone knows of a way to lock down an approved batch (other than going back to the old approval method), please let me know.

?I have not tested this nor seen it.  But, definitely concerning!  I will do some testing and see if it happens in my system and what could be done to further lock it down.
