We are beginning our implementation with Key2Act but are finding many gaps in our needs. Some of the basic requirements not being met by Key2Act are: printing invoices in the field, invoice to multiple departments/divisions, easy to use, and others.  Is anyone using other field services/job costing software that have the ability to integrate to GP and have a mobile feature that meets some of these basic requirements (plus the obvious ones that a service management program should be meet?  We do service and installs for the beverage industry including servicing of beverage equipment, installing of beverage equipment, and emergency deliveries of beverage products by our service techs.
