I went in to change the maximum contribution to $27000 for 2022 and when I did it wiped everyone’s deduction on their card to 0% if they contribute a percentage. If they contribute a dollar amount it didn’t change.
When I went back in to change employees contribution amount for the next pay period in 2022, it is now telling me that I need to complete setup again even though we’ve been using this deduction for 2+ years. I tried to go through the setup and after I do it again, this error still comes up telling me to complete setup again.
can anyone help me figure this error out?
