Using Smartlist (we are on GP 2016), can someone provide a step by step process to retrieve a list of vendors with their EFT information?

      Thanks.

      Hi Lenny,

The data in the Vendor EFT Bank Maintenance window resides in SY0600 / Address Electronic Funds Transfer Master
A custom SmartList can be made using SmartList Designer / Builder to pull up the data.

      Hi Gerald:

Thanks for your response and I am able to create the list of vendors with EFT.

Can I export to excel or csv file?

      Best,

      Lenny,
yes you should be able to export to excel.Ā  You are already using smartlist at this point, so in Smartlist there is an excel button in the toolbar, just click that and it should export the data to excel.

      Hi Lenny,

Out of the box, EFT information is not included in Smartlist.Ā  Do you have Smartlist Builder or Smartlist Designer?
You will need to add “Address Electronic Funds Transfer” to your VendorĀ  table.Ā  Let me know what you have, I’ll send you the steps.

      Hi Lenny,

In addition to Gerald’s Smartlist designer… here is the screenshot from Smartlist Builder:

      Step 1 – add Smartlist >> Vendor
Step 2 – add Dynamics GP Table >>Ā Address Electronic Funds Transfer
      Step 3 –Ā  add link
Step 4 – Save under Smartlist Builder Product so you know which ones are added/modified.
