Is there anyway to extract usable data (excel) to show all the detail of a payment?

Example – Credit Card payments

You pay your bill for Vendor ID that links to your credit card company but how can you extract usable data of what Vendors you paid on that credit card statement?

I would like to see the invoice # the original Vendor Name and ID # as well as the invoice amount and the USER 1 from the Vendor card

Example – check payments

You pay multiple invoices on 1 check – is there a smart list to give you want invoices and amount of each invoice paid on the 1 check?

Is any of this data available somewhere other than inquiry that you cannot extract as usable data

Hi Jill,
You may want to start with @Victoria Yudin ‘s wonderful site on AP views.. https://victoriayudin.com/gp-reports/payables-sql-views/
Those views can then be used in Excel or SmartList (if you have SL Builder or Designer)
And if that isn’t enough, she will certainly chime in and provide some tips.
