??Hi
I have a work voucher that I’m editing to changeĀ the account number when the power went off.
So when I log back in to GP to edit theĀ voucher, I got this messageThe voucher is not posted but I can’t seem to open it and edit the account number.
Do you know how can I correct it?
In the edit list it shows this message:Can somebody help me please?

Thanks. Yes, it is in a batch and I have a few batches in the batch.
Is that the only solution??Ā Then I have to move all the vouchers in a different batch.
Will I be able to delete the batch then?——————————

yes. that is most likely. or else we you have to go to the sql tablea and delete it.

Hi Dama,
Reach out to your GP partner, they can likely do some SQL magic and get this voucher back into ‘work’ status. I’ve had the same thing happen a few times over the years, and when the connection is disrupted like that, GP can do some funny things and vouchers end up in the ether between posted and unposted. But they usually can be recovered by someone with SQL knowledge.

“How” are you trying to open it?Ā For instance, are you at Transaction Entry and using the lookup?Ā Are you in SmartList and Trying to double-click or are you using the next buttons on the transaction entry window???

Do you get the same error when you use the lookup, find it and then double click it??
