You can always print the Transaction Edit List report. This report can be printed from the Batch Entry window, using the “Printer icon button” at the right upper corner of the window. Ā You can also print this report from the transaction entry window, once the transaction is saved to a batch, by using the same printer icon button at the top of that window.
Hope it helps!

Excel refreshable reports works great for us for this and a few other purposes.Ā I use an Excel Report Builder report to pull all data from the PM Distribution WORK OPEN table.Ā After I deploy the file the first time I add a pivot table in the Excel file that summarizes all the fields we want to review.Ā Now each time we open the Excel file, I refresh it (Data / Refresh All) and refresh the Pivot Table.Ā We filter the pivot table by Batch Number and include the following fields –Voucher Number,Ā Vendor ID, Vendor Name,Ā Vendor Class ID,Ā Transaction Description,Ā Document Number,Ā Document Date,Ā Document Amount,Ā 1099 Amount,Ā Account Number String,Ā Account Description,Ā Distribution Reference, andĀ Sum of AMOUNT.
This print screen is from our (old) GP 2010R2 system:
We also use Excel refreshable reports to get current Open A/P and Open A/R subledgers. .
