??We are on Dynamics GP 2018 and a user recently had an upgrade to Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on Windows 10.Ā Since the Adobe upgrade, Dynamics is freezing when she runs an invoice.Ā I’m coming up sort of empty trying to find Adobe requirements for Dynamics GP 2018.Ā Does anyone have this experience?

Hi Tracy,
I recommend starting with disabling the Protected View feature in Adobe Acrobat if it is enabled. If that doesn’t work, you may need to reset the user’s domain local profile.
