      We are a new of accounts receivable in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Ā 
      How can we get a historical aged trial balance in an excel format without out zero balance accounts??

      Hi James.

      You can us the built-in SQL Reporting Services Report (sample attached). Ā I personally like to buildĀ a customized view to make it cleaner, but this should work.

      ?You can also enable Excel reporting and have the report generate a refreshable Excel workbook.Ā  The SSRS one is nice if you have someone who can tinker with it to meet your needs.
