We JUST did a ton of research in this area and are about to go live with this.  We looked at a variety of vendors who do this now and provided this service at a variety of costs.  We looked at KwikTag, Concur, Mineral Tree, Stampli, and Core Integrator.  All of them have integration with GP at least on a basic CSV file level.  We needed to also find a platform for our corporate credit cards, so we went with KwikTag – but I would be happy to share my thoughts on the other since we did demos and reviewed all the platforms.

Carrie, an option to consider is DocStar which has a direct, API integration with GP using eConnect.  GP’s GL Coding is sync’d with DocStar’s AP Workflow; data flowing to GP for invoice data and payment details is not a CSV file, it directly updates GP.  Make your payments from GP however you choose.  To learn more about this option go here:  https://www.docstar.com/docstar-ecm-ap-automation-for-dynamics-gp-fact-sheet

We implemented CoreIntegrator about 5 years ago and our users love it!  It’s very flexible and can accommodate any workflow. We have workflows for ap invoice approval, vendors – new and changes, new gl accounts.  It’s tightly integrated with GP which is one of the major features that I like.  I had implemented this system at a previous company over 10 years ago and when I came to my current firm, they were implementing another document mgt system which was not flexible and not intuitive so I got approval to implement CoreIntegrator.  Check it out!
