2019 YE Update Error

I am getting an error, on the company that I use Employee Self Service with, on the yearend update.  We are on GP 2018 R2, SQL 2017.

Attached is the screenshot of the error.  It will not finish the update, and refers to DD20100 table, with three items in it.  

Let me know if you have any suggestions.

If you decide to try the solution proposed, make sure you take a backup of your databases beforehand.

We had the same error but only one entry was in that table. It appeared to us this was a left over entry after setting up direct deposit a few years ago. I removed the entry from that table via SQL and was able to complete the upgrade without any further issue.
