We are on version 18.4.1384.Ā  The form 1099-NECs are 3 per page in 2021, but it is still printing only 2 per page (which was the 2020 format).Ā  How can I update this?Ā  Another issue we are having is the city, state, and zip on the 1099-MISC’s are not printing on the correct line.Ā  Anyone have a fix?Ā  Thanks!

      Hi Alissa,

This link should answer most of your questions:
      https://community.dynamics.com/gp/b/dynamicsgp/posts/microsoft-dynamics-gp-year-end-update-2021-payables-management-form-changes

The 1099 forms printed in Microsoft Dynamics GP will always be consistent with a specific version of GP in conjunction with the IRS guidelines in place at that point in time. This has always been the case in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

While GP does allow users to reprint historical 1099 forms from prior years,Ā GP does not store old/historical 1099 form formats. As such, GP will always print the ‘current’ 1099 form regardless of the year the user chooses to print.

First – make sure you are not using a modified version of the report, but the canned version or original version. Then if it is not printing correctly, you can modify the report to move or add the fields you might need. We had to add the second address line to the form and move the address locations.

      Hope this helps.
