      Can you tell me if 1099s can be edited after the Payables Year-End Close? Using GP2015.

      You sure can.  You can either use the Edit 1099 Transactions under the purchasing-transactions or you can use the 1099 Detail window found under cards.

      Here is some info on modifying 1099 info for vendors, I hope this helps.  Note, the article does not cover year-end close, so I’m not sure how much of this can still be done after year-end close.
      If you look at Microsoft’s payables year end close checklist:
      It seems to indicate that you can after running the payables year end close do additional changes to the 1099’s.  Please review.
