I have a requirement where to give M .John access to view only one account in CO ABC. the account is intercompany account to view and book entries in his Co XYZ
Please advise how to set up / grant access only to one account

Hi,Ā You can use the XDS framework to put this kind of limitation in place.Ā Before doing that please ensure that the rules setup there are not too restrictive and test them carefully before.Ā As an example, if one day different accounts are used in IC transactions e.g. because of tax matters, the transactions recorded by the user might fail/not be allowed.Ā Best regards,Ā Ludwig

As others mentioned, testing this before deploying is a must as adding this will add a performance hit and want to make sure the restrictions you have in place are correct.
