      Hi,Ā

We have a lot of records in the User Log that contain zero hours, zero minutes and zero seconds.Ā

Does that mean the person logged on and then forgot he or she got logged on and did nothing in D365FO,
or is there something else going on?

      Many thanks in advance.

      BR

      Jasper

      Jasper,

I have found this happens where there is no logout date in the system for the particular user session. For example, if I log in and immediately go to the User Log I can see my account has 0:00:00 online time.

In the database, I can see this user has a LogOutDateTime set as DateTime.min() value in X++ (01-01-1900). The logic for this report is that if it sees a minimum datetime value it just sets the time online to default of 0:00:00.
