We’ve setup system directed cluster picking for a customer, positions are deactivated on the cluster profile and we use a license plate scan as sort verification type. The warehouse worker will assign work id’s to a cluster.

When presented with the first pick, we scan the item and confirm the quantity. Then the mobile app asks you to put the item on the license plate, but I can’t see on which one I have to put my items? I could scan them all one by one until I scanned the correct one, but this is not a good solution. We tried changing the warehouse app field priority, but couldn’t find which field is related to the target license plate assigned to the work.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

(If I already put an item on the license plate and I pick the next item, then I do see which license plate to put it to.)
