Calling all MRP/Master Planning and/or APICS geeks!

AXUG has recently made a number of changes to special interest groups (SIG’s), including setting one up dedicated to Master Planning. Yes, it’s true. There really ARE people interested in planning–you’re not alone.

We’ve also expanded the “tagging” functionality throughout the site, including here in the regular forum. Now, whenever someone starts a thread they can add topical tags that can make it a lot easier to search and find discussion threads related to certain topics. “Master Planning” is the tag to use for things related to MRP, coverage, part planning, etc.

So if you’re among the cool cats that love digging into the dirt of supply and demand management, hop on over to the Master Planning SIG and join. While there, don’t forget to set your preferences to sign up for whatever level of notification noise you can tolerate, peruse the tiny (but hopefully growing) library of resources, and maybe even fire up some conversation by posing a puzzle to solve.
