REC ID number instead of Preparer name on EP

  Hi All
  
  In Enterprise portal instead of preparer name its showing REC ID in purchase requisition.However in AX 2012 R3 client its preparer name and not the REC ID of preparer
  
  Any suggestion

  It sounds like the join back to either the user or employee record is not occurring in EP, so the RecId is being displayed. I don’t have a lot of experience in the Enterprise Portal but you may need to modify whatever form you are on to do this join and pull in that data.
