      What would be the set up/Process in PR for Fixed Assets:
      -is it going to generate the Fixed asset number and assigned to it
      -OR first it require to set up fixed assets and then to submit PR

      please advise

      Fixed Assets are and can be created from PO’s once they are received or invoiced (setup based).Ā  I don’t have access to the version of the Portal to help you – but there is Fixed assets function on the Purchase Requisition formĀ allowingĀ users to choose an asset group and additional information (under details on the PR).Ā  If the portal does not have this,Ā it is easy to addĀ (assuming your developer is good) and I would add the FA group to the Portal Requisition…it should flow through if added to the Portal correctly to the eventual PO to initiate the FA functions on the PO.Ā  If not you will have to set the flag onceĀ the PO is created.Ā  Also, requisitions often times use categories to purchase and those are not going to translate completely to a specific FA.
