Hi All

Its a year end and one of task which have to run on behalf of business team is to clean up Purchase requistions in draft and in review status.

Since the requester and the reviewer can recall and delete. 

Is there a way that system admin can recall and delete, please advise

Hi Najeem,

We use AX 2012, and as a system administrator you can go to the Area Page under the Home module, and under Inquiries, Workflow go to Workflow History.  From that screen you can change the status filter to Pending to find all in review documents, and use the filter by grid on the Document column to find the purchase req that you wish to recall.  Once you have found it, you can select it and click the Recall button just above the grid.

Able to Cancel the PR. 

Under the home area status is Workflow Canceled. However under the PR list page its status is in Draft. Since only requester can delete, is there is a way system admin can delete those PRs
