      HI All

      Purchase order work flow stopped after updating “attention” field and throughing following error message, allthough change management is active as well

      Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Changes to purchase order PO-#### are only allowed in state Draft when change management is activated
      at SysWorkflowWorkItem-create
      SysWorkflowWorkItem-createWorkItems
      SysWorkflow-save
      SysWorkflowQueue-resum

      please assist

      Hi Najeem.

      We are having the same issue for a while and currently working with Microsoft to find the root cause and a fix.
      In the meantime, I can suggest a workaround for this error.
      1. Request change on the PO and put it in Draft
      2. Add a line with any item/procurement category, quantity and price
      3. Save the PO
      4. Refresh D365 using the refresh button on the right-hand side
      5. Delete the line you added in step 2
      6. Submit the PO to a workflow
