Hi,

I have a workflow where the level 1 approval can be by either of two people.  Am i just going to have to put their actual usernames into the assignment section?  I had been told by our partner previously that user groups were the way to handle this but that seems to wait for approval by both of them, not either of them.

A nudge in the right direction here would be most welcome, it is frustrating trying to find the right phrase to Google!!  Thanks.

Hi Gillian,

I am assuming you are using Assignment type Participant and then selecting the user group from there. When you go into the Assignment properties, click on the Completion policy and select Single approver.
