Hi Nazim, there are a couple options depending on your exact scenario.
You can cancel the delivery remainder of the PO line(s) if the open quantity is no longer needed. This can be done from the PO Line > Update line dropdown> Delivery remainder option. You can then use the Cancel qty button to remove the open quantity or just reduce the Purchase quantity if you only need to cancel part of the quantity rather than the entire open amount.
There is also a checkbox called “Close” which you can tick when you post a Purchase Order Product Receipt for a quantity received that will cancel the remaining open quantity on the line.
