Is it possible to make available more than one template for several types of documents (e.g. invoice, cheque, statement) that a user can choose from?

I realize there are some personalization options available such as changing the logo, but my need to have more than one template go beyond simple personalization.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

      Greetings.
For cheques, we need to first create additional designs in the main report by opening (for example) the Cheque_CAReport Visual Studio project.
For example, you copy the existingĀ Report design and paste it asĀ v1Report, modify it and deploy the report back to the server.
You then need to modify a few classes including ChequeController and ChequeDP (BankChequePrint and BankPrintTestCheque for testing), and you will have the options available under Cheque formats for setting up the bank account in which it is used.

For statements and other items that are report variants, you do the additional formats in the same way as the cheques, and modify the print management table. See for exampleĀ http://axvuongbao.blogspot.com/2014/04/how-to-add-multiple-report-design-under.html.

The additional formats will be available in Print management (under Parameters or Forms) in the setupĀ of the appropriate module.

      Regards,
      FEEO

Depending on how many versions that you have and the complexity you may want to consider looking at Bottomline’s Precision Forms productĀ Bottomline Transform for Microsoft Dynamics PrecisionForms | Bottomline Technologies
