?Without seeing yourĀ Row Definition (at least the last couple of lines) or your Column Definition, it is hard to troubleshoot.
When you have the report open in MR, on the Settings tab, is the Other Formatting option of Display blanks for zero amounts marked or unmarked?
Is the total line simply not showing or is it the fact that the Trial Balance is equal to (in total) $0.00?
Thank you

Trial balance report : Columns : Account #, description. balance. Last line where its TOTAL that line is blank only underlines are there. Where as using same Row definition and changed the column to reflect movement, this report reflect totals
Odds are you have the checkbox unchecked on the Report Definition Settings tab that says “Display Rows with No Amounts”. Check this box and in your Row Definition, use X0 as a Print Control on every row with an account reference. Do not use X0 on the Total Row.Ā
Alternatively, I probably would not have 50000 rows on my Row Definition. I would use one row with a range of account numbers (i.e. 100000:999999) and run the report with account-level detail to drilldown to the details. Less maintenance that way.
