?We are currently designing the setup of ledger allocation rules based onĀ allocation basis methods that we established.Ā We are testing in UAT now and wondering if there is a way to schedule the processing so that we can kick the job off and it automatically processĀ the series of rules.Ā We are trying to avoid having to kick off each of the rules manually.Ā Does anyone currently use the ledger allocation rules in D365 #FinanceandOperations and have any tips or best practices that they could share with us to make it less labor intensive??
Thanks!

The Process Allocation Request feature can be run as a reoccurring batch job.Ā General ledger menu > Allocations > Process allocation request.Ā Expand the Run in the background section to configure the batch job.Ā Ā

Hi Michelle
I would certainly also like to see it working in recurrent batch (for many scenarios it will not work – to my understanding).Ā And yes, it seems to be possible to setup, but not fetching “actual date”.
