      2012 R2 CU7, StdCost, No customization

We noticed in January closing that production was no longer posting to direct labor.  The indirect labor from the costing sheet is being estimated (Estimated indirect absorption(offset)) during route card posting and refunded during End.  Looking at previous year postings this happened as well but last year we also had Indirect absorption at End.  I have checked our setups in LIVE and DEV environments but cannot find a difference.  Any ideas?

Here are the absorption GL postings in 2016 and 2017 for the same item:

I have been combing everything in Production control > setup (especially in routes) and costing sheet then comparing to DEV (where everything works correctly) and am not finding any differences.

The costing sheet has not been changed, Items were cost rolled using a separate yet identical cost version:

I notice in your cost sheet example that the unit is missing from Item P210ML. That makes me think that you might need to examine that item in detail.
