      Hi,

      We have a large dataĀ set (17 million rows) which we are exporting to BYDO.Ā

      We accidentally unchecked ‘skip staging’ and now the job is taking forever (20+ hours so far) to move the data into staging.Ā

      We tried the following with no success:
      – Checked SQL currently executing queries. Nothing there.
      – Deleted the DMF export project.Ā
      – Restart DIXF service

      Any ideas?Ā Ā

      HiĀ Ainsley,

      let me understand better.

      do you are saying that the export take around 20+ hours also after recreatingĀ the Export with skip staging enable?

      Hi Ainsley,

      Restart the IIS service.

      If you perform restart while the job is still in executing mode, the system will stop the job in the backend. It will show the job status as Executing although the job is stopped in the backend. Then you can rerun the export job with skip staging as checked.

      I hope this helps.
